- Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth and dust regularly to prevent build up. Do not use polishing agents, harsh cleaners or abrasive products. Always switch off the electricity supply before cleaning. Lacquer finishes are durable but can be vulnerable to chips, scratches and wear. Touch-up kits are available to order through Zolivart Support.
We check the delivery country on every order and ship each fixture with the certification required there: UL or ETL listing for the United States and Canada, CE marking for Europe. Copies of the certificates are available on request.
Shipping & returns
Processing: 3–10 business days. Estimated transit after shipment: 15–25 business days by sea, including local delivery. All standard orders ship by sea, followed by local delivery, typically via UPS or FedEx. Larger or heavier items may require truck freight.
Air shipping is available — contact us for a quote and timing before ordering.
Standard shipping is free throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. This also applies to remote U.S. addresses and oversized or heavy items. Freight delivery is curbside; moving items indoors and assembly are not included. We ship worldwide — for addresses outside the United States, please contact us before ordering for shipping cost and timing.
Request a return within 30 days of delivery — return shipping is on us for eligible returns. Items must be unused, uninstalled and in their original packaging. See our return policy for details.
Refused deliveries: if you refuse a delivery for a change of mind, the round-trip freight will be deducted from your refund. Refusing a visibly damaged delivery is always covered.
Inspect the packaging on arrival. If goods are visibly damaged, do not accept or sign for the package; obtain a carrier damage notification and contact us immediately. For damage found after unpacking, contact us within 48 hours and keep the packaging and photos. See the shipping policy for the separate carrier claim deadline and next steps.
