How to submit a product for warranty repair?

To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to our Customer Support team as your first step. To expedite the process, kindly provide your order number (or purchase receipt) and a brief video or photo illustrating the issue.

Once verified, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed shipping instructions. Please ensure the item is securely packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during international transit.

Which products are eligible for warranty repair?

Products that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and show defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period are eligible for repair. The warranty typically does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

In which cases is the warranty not provided?

Warranty service is not provided in cases of:
