What does the 2-year limited warranty cover?

Every Zolivart light and furniture piece is covered for two years from delivery against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

• Lighting: premature finish corrosion or peeling, structural failure of the fixture body, and faults in wiring, sockets and mounting hardware.
• Furniture: defects in the frame and structure, in hardware such as hinges, drawer slides and fittings, and in the finish.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Email customerservice@zolivart.com or call +1 (323) 802-6888 (24/7) with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement free of charge; if the item is no longer available, we will refund it instead.

What is not covered?

Damage from improper installation, misuse or overloading, product alterations, cleaning with harsh chemicals or abrasives, normal cosmetic wear, and wear from heavy commercial use beyond a residential setting.

This limited warranty is in addition to our free 30-day returns and does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.
