Every Zolivart fixture is covered for one year from delivery against manufacturing defects under normal residential use: premature finish corrosion or peeling, structural failure of the fixture body, and faults in wiring, sockets and mounting hardware.
Email customerservice@zolivart.com with your order number, a short description and clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement free of charge; if the item is no longer available, we will refund it instead.
Damage from improper installation, misuse or overloading, product alterations, cleaning with harsh chemicals or abrasives, normal cosmetic wear, and wear from heavy commercial use beyond a residential setting.
