At Zolivart, we want your new lighting to illuminate your home perfectly. If a fixture isn't the right fit, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours: You can modify or cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placement. Please email us at customerservice@zolivart.com immediately.
After 24 Hours: Orders are often processed and sent to our manufacturing facility after 24 hours. At this stage, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipped Items: Once an item has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Inspection Upon Arrival (Crucial for Lighting)
Lighting fixtures are delicate. Before installation, please perform the following checks within 3 days of receipt:
Check the Box: Scan the outer packaging for signs of rough handling.
Verify Contents: Ensure the model, size, and finish match your order.
Inspect Glass & Parts: Carefully unpack and check for any cracks in glass shades or dents in metal frames.
Important: Once a lighting fixture is installed (hardwired), it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
A. Manufacturing Defects or Shipping Damage
If your fixture arrives damaged or has a defect:
Take Photos: Capture clear images of the damage and the shipping label.
Contact Us: Reach out within 3 days of delivery.
Our Solution: We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
B. Personal Reasons (Change of Mind / Not a Good Fit)
If the return is not due to quality issues (e.g., you don't like the style):
Condition: Items must be in original condition, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Exclusions: Custom-made fixtures and promotional "Final Sale" items are non-returnable.
C. We cannot accept returns for:
Wrong Size: Dimensions are clearly marked on product pages. Please measure your space before ordering.
Color Variance: Minor color differences may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.
Installed Products: Any fixture that has been wired or mounted.
Incorrect Address: Non-delivery caused by an incorrect shipping address or zip code provided by the buyer.
4. Exchange Policy
Want a different style or size? We offer an exchange service:
Timeline: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Process: After approval, send the original item back (uninstalled and in original packaging).
Cost: While the exchange service is free, the buyer covers all return shipping postage.
Dispatch: Your new exchange item will be shipped within 30 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Account: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
