DMCA Policy
Zolivart respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
1. Introduction
This policy implements the procedures set forth in Title 17 U.S.C. Section 512 of the DMCA. It is the policy of Zolivart to respect the legal protections provided by applicable copyright laws. Pursuant to the "Notice and Takedown" procedure, we will act quickly to remove or disable access to material that is claimed to be infringing upon receiving a proper notification.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Notices of alleged infringement should be sent to Zolivart’s Designated Agent. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA to resolve the claim.

3. Complaint Procedure for Copyright Owners
To file a notice of infringement, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:
Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the Infringing Material: Sufficient information to allow Zolivart to locate the material on our site (e.g., direct URLs to the specific product pages).
Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a "good faith belief" that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please include the following two statements in the body of your notice:
"I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as fair use)."
"I hereby declare that the information in this notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner of the copyright or exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, or am authorized to act on the owner's behalf."
4. Notice and Takedown Procedures
Upon receipt of a valid notification, Zolivart will:
Expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.
In cases of a valid counter-notification, Zolivart will comply with the relevant provisions of the DMCA regarding the restoration of material.
5. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, Zolivart may terminate the authorization of users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
6. Accommodation of Standard Technological Measures
It is our policy to accommodate and not interfere with standard technological measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect their works that we deem reasonable under the circumstances.
