A machined brass cylinder sits on a small ball swivel below a flat round canopy, so the head tilts through a wide arc and rotates a full circle. A frosted lens is recessed into the open end of the shade, which seals the socket away and keeps the fixture looking clean when viewed from below — useful over artwork, kitchen runs and on sloped ceilings.
