If you find a specific design of chandelier that you like, but you just need a different size or color.Simply send us an email with the following information：

1. which product – it’s a good idea to send us a link to the product
2. The specific color you want, such as gold or chrome.
3. Specific dimensions regarding width, depth and height, such as 48” Diam or 40"L x 5"W x 1"H

Don’t worry, you can tell us the size of your room, the size of your dining table, and be able to provide the best photo of your room, and our exclusive designer will guide you to choose the right size.

Our designer will reply to you within 72 hours and provide you with a quote.

Installation instructions are included with every product we sell. If you find the installation complicated, we recommend contacting a licensed contractor or electrician.

We accept returns or exchanges of unused items, but requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please see our returnpolicy for details.

Customized products cannot be cancelled because customized products cannot be resold.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to provide free cancellation. But for orders that have exceeded the 24-hour window, a cancellation fee will apply due to processing costs.

Note: Your order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. If you still do not want the package, you can contact us to process a return after you receive it. Thank you for your understanding!
